What you're buying

SendJoy makes singing grams of a song you choose (delivered by email link, text message link or live phone call), video singing grams and hand-drawn cards mailed within the US. Songs are short, personal versions sung by our family, usually a verse and the chorus. Every order is handmade by our family, so no two are exactly alike.

Delivery

• Email and text singing grams are sent on the day and in the time window you choose (Mountain Time).
• For live calls, we call during your chosen window. If no one answers, we try again later in the window and then leave the song as a voicemail. That counts as delivered.
• Mailed cards are sent by USPS so they arrive around your chosen date. Once a card is in the mail, timing is up to the postal service.
• Please double-check phone numbers, emails and addresses. We can't be responsible for joy sent to a wrong address you gave us.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Need to change something? Reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before delivery. If we haven't started your order, we'll gladly cancel and refund it. If we've already recorded the song or drawn the card, we may not be able to refund it, but we'll always try to make it right.

Joy Club

Joy Club renews every month on the date you signed up until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your order page (use the code from your confirmation email), and you won't be charged again. We don't refund months that have already been made.

Song requests

We sing family-friendly songs only: clean lyrics and nothing a kid shouldn't sing. If a request isn't family-friendly or is beyond our abilities, we'll follow the choice you made at checkout: sing something similar, or email you to pick another song. If we can't agree on a song, we'll refund the order.

What we won't do

We keep things kind. We may decline or refund any order with a message that's mean, embarrassing to the recipient, or inappropriate for kids to help with.

Your keepsake

The song, video or card we make is yours and the recipient's to enjoy and share for personal use. Please don't resell it. Our family's artwork stays ours.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
