We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

• About you: your name, email and (optionally) phone, so we can send your receipt and updates.
• About the recipient: their name and the email, phone number or mailing address needed to deliver, plus the details you share to make the song or card personal.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We see that you paid, not your card number.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order and to email you about it: when you order, the day before delivery, and when it's delivered. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent anyone's information.

Who else touches it

A few trusted services help us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (sending our emails). Text deliveries and live calls are made from our own business phone number.

Recipients

We contact recipients only to deliver the gift. Their singing gram link is private and hard to guess, and we don't list it anywhere public.

How long we keep it

We keep orders and recordings so recipients can replay their songs and so we can help with questions. Want something deleted? Email hello@sendjoy.me and we'll remove it.
